The processing of personal data arising from the use of Regalia is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Regalia is a birthday reminder management app and gift organisation assistant, including artificial intelligence features for generating personalised suggestions. The suggestions generated are informational recommendations. The final purchase decision and suitability of the gift are the sole responsibility of the user.
The service is provided through a Progressive Web App (PWA) and an Android application available on Google Play. Regalia reserves the right to modify, expand or reduce the available features, notifying users with reasonable advance notice when changes are significant.
To use Regalia you must register with a valid account (Google OAuth or email with verification). Use of Regalia is limited to persons aged 16 or over. By registering, you declare that you are at least 16 years old. If Regalia detects that a user is under that age, it will cancel their account and delete their data.
Regalia offers a free plan with basic features and a Premium plan with access to advanced features.
Regalia may offer a system of internal credits (GiftCoins) earned through referrals or other promotional activities. GiftCoins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Regalia reserves the right to modify or cancel this programme at any time, notifying affected users in advance.

Breach of these obligations may result in account suspension or cancellation without right to a refund.
Collaborative rooms (Gift Rooms and Secret Santa) are created and shared voluntarily between users. The room organiser is responsible for inviting only people who wish to participate and for managing access to the room. Regalia is not responsible for the use that participants make of information shared within a room.
Contributions made in a room are visible to all its members. Users must be aware that information they share in a room may be read by the other participants.
Regalia may send you push notifications for birthday reminders and Gift Room activity, provided you have granted the relevant permission. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device or browser settings.
Regalia participates in the Amazon Affiliate Programme. Some product links may include affiliate identifiers that generate a small commission for Regalia if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Product prices and availability are Amazon's responsibility and may change at any time.
Regalia may provide links to external shops or other third-party services. Regalia is not responsible for price changes, stock availability, shipping issues or the privacy policies or terms of use of those platforms.
Regalia makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond Regalia's control. Where possible, advance notice will be given of any scheduled maintenance affecting the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Regalia's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Regalia reserves the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified to users with at least 15 days' notice via the app and/or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
In the event of permanent closure of the service, users will be notified with a minimum of 30 days' notice and will be offered the opportunity to export or delete their data. Users with an active Premium subscription at the time of closure will receive a proportional refund for unused days.
The name "Regalia", its logo, the user interface and the underlying technology are the property of the developer or are used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express written consent is prohibited.
The user retains ownership of the data and information they enter into the app. By using Regalia, the user grants Regalia a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to store and process that information solely for the purpose of providing the service.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of Regalia, the parties submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.

For users in other countries, nothing in these Terms limits the rights that local consumer protection legislation may grant you.
